Michael McDowell, MA, Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Sacred Lomi™ teacher. Michael is honored to share Back in Touch and the spirit of Aloha here on the North Carolina coast. NC LMBT#5834 Stephanie Lang, BS, Certified Yoga Teacher with an emphasis in Hatha, Sivananda, Moksha, and Vinyasa. Stephanie is also a certified Reiki therapist, experienced in Intuitive Readings, and is completing her certification in Nutritional Counseling. Catherine Lang, BS/OT, Certified Yoga Teacher with an emphasis in Hatha, Sivananda, and Vinyasa. Catherine has completed training in Raja Yoga, Bhagavad Gītā, and Meditation practice.
